Domestic Shipping Information:
Your Way To Wellness ships to any street address, post office box or
military address. Orders to these addresses are shipped via Unites States
Postal Priority mailing with a delivery confirmation. Orders placed through
yourwaytowellness.com will be calculated using priority mailing and delivery
confirmation.
If you would like to ship by a different method such as Fed
Ex, UPS or Parcel Post Ground, please call us toll free at 866-599-6300 to
place your order. Please note UPS and Fed Ex will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Internet order shipping charges are calculated by weight and zip code according to USPS
priority mailing. If a package is returned to us due to an inappropriate
address provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional
shipping charges.
Most orders are shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (depending on
availability, back-ordered items or special requests). Partial orders are
not automatically shipped. If an item is backordered, the remainder of your
order may be held until the full order can be shipped. We will notify you
by phone or e-mail if an order will be delayed more than 3 business days.
You will have the option of telling us to ship a partial order, with the
remaining items being shipped separately. The customer will be responsible
for the additional shipping costs.
International Orders:
For International orders please call us toll free at 866-599-6300 or
727-474-3705. We recommend that before placing your international order
please be aware of your country's customs laws concerning dietary
supplements. You are fully responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and
customs laws imposed on orders imported into your country. Your Way To
Wellness is not responsible for any of these additional costs that may be
incurred or associated with your country's import laws. If your order is
seized or destroyed by customs you will not receive a refund. If your order
is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will receive a refund
minus all shipping and handling charges, provided that the product is not
damaged. |
