I have been taking Colon Max since 2011 for intestinal fitness. I tried about 4 weeks ago to stop and see if my gut was good to go without it. Needless to say I ordered it for an overnight shipment as I cannot have regular BMs without it. No one should go to the bathroom every 4-5 days. It should be every 1-2 days. I am extremley greatful for Colonmax and hope it continues to be made and sold.
