Herb Pharm prepares Stinging Nettle Blend Extract from the fresh (undried) leaf (65%) and the dry mature seed & calyx (35%) of Urtica dioica plants which are Certified Organically Grown or Sustainably Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat.

To assure optimal potency, the leaf, seed & calyx are extracted separately according to their individual biochemistry, and are then blended together to produce a broad-spectrum extract.

Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using. Take up to 40 drops in oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best taken between meals.
